About

Noah Schultz, born July 21, 1998, is an Italian-American fashion designer. He was born in Wheeling, West Virginia, and grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In his formative years, he spent long summer months in the small mountain village of Roccacinquemiglia, outside of Castel di Sangro, Abruzzo, Italy. It was in the bustling outdoor clothing markets that Schultz discovered a passion for clothing—what it means, what it expresses, and most importantly, how a storied piece makes the wearer feel. Later, Schultz took the opportunity to visit the village of Solomeo - the home of Brunello Cucinelli - and took high inspiration from Cucinelli’s business philosophy and product design. Afterwards, he attended Bocconi University (Milan) and studied the business of fashion. He has spent substantial time in Florence, as well as the Peruvian Amazon. After two years in marketing, he founded the Noah Schultz Garment Project. Schultz’s design philosophy is informed by the contrasting exposure of global experience, and inversely, the culturally transcendent pursuit of peaceful well-being.
